An end-to-end analysis report provides an overview demographic and headcount of company to optimize Human Resource strategy and its planning. By utilizing DAX Measures, I evaluate the training investment per department to find out its effectiveness, do impact analysis and give recommendation for the Human Resource. Moreover, a core focus is a deep dive into the turnover rate and retention dynamic rate, providing the Human Resource an actionable insights into employee lifecycle trends to strengthen the talent retention and the company stability.

A Sale and RFM Analysis report which based on customer purchasing behaviour to prioritize the high-value customers, so that the Sale and Marketing teams can identify upsell and cross sell opportunities based on the customer segmentation. The report also provides the sale analysis to identify the revenue and profit gained from internet customers and resellers.

This Digital Marketing dashboard showcases a company's performance in the baby products space, highlighting revenue and profits over three years (starting from 2022). It also breaks down key metrics like Ads spend, Click through Rate, Conversion Rate giving insights into whether the advertising investment is paying off. Moreover, the report gives the marketing and sales team the insights to make smarter decisions like which ads and campaign channels are actually driving the most profit. It also answers the big question: are we winning on profitability or just running in place?
